Have anyone done the OPT plugin for Symfony Framework?
I've only plugin for OPT 1 branch - is it possible to use it with OPT 2 ?
I can not wait for Symfony 2 ;)

We don't have plans for symfony 1.x.

I have another question:
Why OPT has it's own XML parser instead of use libxml, simplexml or anothor build-in xml parser?
build-in solutions is much faster (written in C) so why i am asking...

Actually, during the compilation speed is usually not so big problem, and OPT parser is more scalable, when it comes to the syntax rules which can be less restrictive. The other reason was that OPT 2.0 does not contain exchangeable parsers. In OPT 2.1 such a feature has been introduced and there are two default parsers:
 - the old one, from OPT 2.0,
 - the new one, based on XMLReader extension.

So, in the newer version a native parser can be used.
